My digestive issues surfaced about 3 years ago. However, when I think back, it seems that perhaps my issues started earlier, but I was not aware of what was happening.
One Saturday afternoon, I decided I didn’t want to cook breakfast but would eat my leftover dinner from the day before which was tofu. After finishing my meal, I suddenly became sick to my stomach. I had never experienced anything like that before and I ended up emptying my entire stomach, which gave some me relief but I had to lie down to feel comfortable.

So, when I started experiencing digestive issues I was surprised and rather confused because I’ve been following a vegan diet for most of my life. After 10 years of oscillation between the vegan and vegetarian.
